UL Brea's wetroom, built in 2005, is a focal testing point for the pool & spa industry.

At 700 sq. ft., it is the largest UL Wetroom in the West Coast.

Has the space and capacity to handle essentially all 99% of all pool & spa components and end-products (e.g., bathtubs, spas, pedicure spas, etc.)

 Power Capacity is 480V, 3ph, 50A -- enough to handle the largest water heaters, spas, and other power-consuming products.

 Includes a pressurized recirculation sump pump to reduce water waste. At UL, we think (and live) green!

Besides having the most modern, state-of-the-art testing equipment, we like to keep it "old-school" when it comes to thermocouples. It's simply the most reliable and consistent way to measure temperature.

Intricate water system, with dedicated stations to simultaneously conduct rain tests, water exposure tests, and much more.
